A tall glass of H20 will go a long way. Drinking water between every alcoholic drink is great in theory but we have never seen it in practice. Sorry, Mom, Dad, and my freshman year RA.
Sports drinks and fruit juice
After a workout, a sugary Gatorade probably isn’t a great option. After a long night of drinking, though, the opposite is true. Your body needs electrolytes, stat, and sweet, fruity drinks give it instant energy.
Ginger or peppermint Tea
o For those feeling nauseous, ginger or peppermint tea will ease your tumultuous stomach fluids
o If you can stomach it, a bowl of sodium is a plus.
